Ettinger avocado🥑 Seedling of Fuerte originated in Israel and was introduced in the U.S. in 1954. Excellent quality bright green fruits have light yellow flesh that surround a large seed. The tree is vigorous and very prolific. Fruits ripen slightly before and with Fuerte in Southern California the taste has flavor notes of Fuerte but is milder and less oily and is very creamy and smooth .
