🥑 The Zutano avocado tree is a cold hardy, consistent producer. The green fruits are pear shape with thin, glossy green skin, which remains green even when ripe, fruits are mature to pick from november and usually hangs on the tree through february depending on the region. The flesh has a low oil but high water content and has more fibrous texture than other varieties such as Fuerte. This is a heavy producing avocado variety that makes a great pollinator for other varieties.
